When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, country, email address, phone number and message, together with the property or page the enquiry came from. We also record technical data such as IP address for security purposes.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, present suitable properties and, if you opt in, send new listing alerts. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis & retention
We process data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the relationship.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Visitors in the EU/UK have rights under GDPR; visitors in Thailand have rights under PDPA.
